Mlinzi's guard view is one search bar and today's expected list. No paperwork, no phone calls to houses, no guessing.

At the gate

  1. Ask for a name or plate

    Type any part of it — "Njoroge", "412T" or the last digits of a phone all work.

  2. Check the match

    Confirm the host, house number and vehicle shown on screen against the person in front of you.

  3. Tap verify

    Entry is time-stamped and the resident's SMS goes out instantly. Wave them through.

If someone isn't on the list

Mlinzi shows who is expected; it doesn't decide your gate policy. Handle unlisted visitors the way your estate instructs — a call to the house or a manual entry — and the register keeps the record either way.
